Rural Structures

The rural landscape of Whidbey Island and ranch lands of Central Washington and Montana inspire my exploration of rural structures. Their unique and specialized form tells a story of their role in their community in ways that are evocative and nostalgic. I love how the color red suddenly punctuates and dominates an otherwise quiet environment.
