Birds

Birds have always played a role in my work. I am fascinated by their simplified oval form and the way their interactions with each other, and their surroundings mimic the idiosyncrasies of human behavior and foibles. Crows particularly lend themselves to a tongue-and-cheek approach to narrative with their intelligence and enviable hutzpah.
